Served with a bed of spring mix, sliced blood oranges, queso fresco, and candied pecans
Grilled Caesar salad
Half grilled hearts of romaine, Caesar dressing, parmesan crisp, and fresh anchovies
Scallop ceviche
Served with blood oranges, grapefruit, lemon, and red poached pear vinaigrette

Third Course

8oz. beef tenderloin filet grilled to order served on sizzling skillets with grilled onions, peppers, and tomato and are accompanied by fresh flour tortillas, Mexican rice, and refried beans
New York Strip Steak
12oz. black Angus grilled steak served with sweet potatoes puree, roasted brussel sprouts, sliced portabello mushrooms and sherry demi glace
Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass
8oz. filet of fresh pan seared Chilean Sea Bass served with broccolini, purple sweet potato smash with a guajillo tamarind sauce
Crab Enchiladas
Two corn tortillas rolled with lump crab meat and cheese, topped with mozzarella cheese and a creamy lobster sauce

Fourth Course

Cheese cake
Tres leches
Chocolate and cranberries mousse cake
Served with compote berries and fresh mint
